Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses and P.O. Boxes in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Orders to those addresses cannot be placed at checkout.

Where your order ships from

santastash is operated by Nexal Fulfillment LLC. Our registered address is 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110. That address is a registered office only — it is not a store, a showroom, or a warehouse, and you cannot collect or return orders there.

Orders are picked, packed and shipped by our supplier's partner warehouse in China, and are sent directly to you from overseas. This is why the delivery windows below are longer than for a US-stocked store.

All times are business days (Monday to Friday), not calendar days, and do not include public holidays.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM MT, Monday to Friday, start processing the same business day. Orders placed after that time, or on a weekend or holiday, start processing on the next business day.

What shipping costs

Standard shipping: $7.95 per order.
Free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more. The $60 threshold is calculated after any discount is applied and before sales tax.

Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout and is not included in the prices shown on product pages.

Carriers and P.O. Boxes

We ship with USPS and FedEx. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so orders addressed to a P.O. Box are sent by USPS.

Import duties

Import duties on your order are already included in the price you pay. You will not be asked for additional duties or customs charges when your order is delivered.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating after the number is issued.

Changes, cancellations and address errors

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@santastash.com. After 24 hours the order may already be in preparation and we cannot guarantee a cancellation.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, email us as soon as possible. We can correct an address before the order ships; once it has shipped we cannot redirect it.
