Sizing and fit

What sizes do you carry?

Sizes are listed in US women's sizing on each product page. Styles run from 6 to 10, and several come in a wide fit. The sizes shown in the size selector are the ones available for that style.

Do they run true to size?

It depends on the style. Where the supplier tells us a style runs small, the product page says so and recommends going up a half size. Where we have not been told, we do not guess.

Is there a measurement chart?

Not yet. We would rather have no chart than a chart we cannot stand behind. If you are between sizes and unsure, email support@santastash.com and we will tell you what we know about that specific style.

Which styles fold flat?

Several of the knit and ballet styles do. Where it is true, the product title says "foldable" or "packable". If the title does not say so, assume it does not fold.

Ordering and payment

What does a pair cost?

Between $33.99 and $51.99, depending on the style. Every size and color of a style is the same price.

How do I pay?

Card payments are processed by Stripe at checkout.

Is sales tax included in the price?

No. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout and added to the total. Import duties, on the other hand, are already included in the price.

Can I cancel?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing the order. Email support@santastash.com.

Shipping

How long will my order take?

3–5 business days to process and 8–12 business days in transit: 11–17 business days in total. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM MT start counting from the next business day.

Where does my order ship from?

From our supplier's partner warehouse in China, directly to your address. We do not hold stock in the United States.

What does shipping cost?

$7.95 per order, or free on orders of $60 or more after any discount.

Where do you ship to?

The 48 contiguous states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Do you deliver to a P.O. Box?

Yes. We ship with USPS and FedEx, and because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, those orders go by USPS.

Returns and refunds

How long do I have?

30 days from the day your order is delivered.

Do I pay for the return?

No. We send a prepaid label and there is no restocking fee. The original $7.95 shipping charge is not refunded on a change-of-mind return.

What condition do the shoes need to be in?

Unworn, not worn outdoors, in the original shoe box with any accessories. Faulty or incorrect items are not held to this — just send photos.

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes, when that size or color is in stock. Email us first and we will confirm what is available.

When do I get my money back?

We issue the refund within 5–7 business days of the warehouse receiving your return. Your bank or card issuer then takes a further 3–10 business days to post it.
