What we sell
santastash sells one narrow thing: women's flat shoes. Ballet flats, Mary Janes, loafers and soft casual flats, in knit, woven mesh, raffia, faux suede and faux leather. Nothing with a heel, nothing for men, no accessories. Around fifty styles at a time, priced between $33.99 and $51.99.
How the store works
We are an online-only store. We do not have a shop you can walk into, a showroom, or a warehouse of our own.
The shoes are made and stocked by a supplier in China. When you place an order, that supplier's partner warehouse picks and packs it and ships it directly to your address in the United States. Nothing passes through a US stockroom first, which is why our delivery estimate is 11–17 business days rather than two or three days. Import duties are already included in the price you pay, so nothing extra is collected on delivery.
Returns are handled differently: approved returns go to a receiving address in Kent, Washington, and we pay for the label.
One price per pair
Every size and every color of a style costs the same. A size 11 in gold does not cost more than a size 6 in black. The number on the product card is the number at checkout, before shipping and any sales tax.
What we do not claim
We do not design or manufacture these shoes, and we do not pretend to. Product photography comes from our supplier. Where a supplier tells us a style runs small or wide, we say so on the product page. Where we do not have a verified measurement, we leave it out rather than guess — which is why you will not find a full last-measurement size chart here yet.
