Every size and every color of a style costs the same. A size 10 in gold is the same price as a size 6 in black, and the number on the card is the number at checkout.

The material is named, every time

Knit, woven mesh, raffia, lace, patent, glitter, faux suede and faux leather. Each product page names the upper. If a page does not say genuine leather, the upper is man-made.

Shipped from overseas, and we say so

Orders are packed and sent by our supplier's partner warehouse in China. Processing takes 3–5 business days and transit 8–12, so plan on 11–17 business days. Import duties are already in the price.

Getting the size right the first time

How do I pick a size?

Sizes are listed in US women's sizing on each product page, and the selector shows the sizes that style comes in. Styles run US 6 to 10, and several come in a wide fit.
Do they run true to size?

It depends on the style. Where the supplier tells us a pair runs small, the product page says so. Where we have not been told, we do not guess.
Is there a measurement chart?

Not yet. We would rather publish no chart than one we cannot stand behind. If you are between sizes, email support@santastash.com and we will tell you what we know about that specific style.
Which pairs fold flat for a bag?

Several of the knit and ballet styles do. Where that is true, the product title says “foldable” or “packable”. If the title does not say so, assume it does not fold.
What if they still do not fit?

Return them within 30 days of delivery. We email a prepaid label at no cost to you and there is no restocking fee. Unworn pairs need their original shoe box.
