Who you are buying from

This store, santastash, is operated by Nexal Fulfillment LLC, registered office 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Nexal Fulfillment LLC. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Where we sell

We sell to customers with a delivery address in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Products, prices and availability

All prices are in US dollars. Every size and color of a given style is sold at the same price; the price shown on the product page is the price charged at checkout. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout and is not included in the displayed price. Import duties are included in the price and are not charged again on delivery.

We try to describe and photograph each pair accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and product photography is supplied by our supplier. Stock is limited and a style can sell out between you adding it to the cart and completing checkout. If we cannot fulfill an order after it is placed, we will tell you and refund it in full.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typing or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfill it. We will contact you before doing so.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Your card statement will show the descriptor used by our payment processor for this store.

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@santastash.com.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times, shipping charges and the free shipping threshold are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your right to return an order, the condition the shoes must be in, and how refunds are issued are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

Your account and conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details you give us. You agree not to use this store for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to interfere with the site, and not to resell products bought here as if they were sold or warranted by us.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and branding of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs, severe weather and public holidays.
